Instructions for proper burning with longer duration

The first time you light the candle, it is necessary to leave it lit long enough to melt the entire surface down to the edges. This ensures that the wax burns evenly the next times you light it.
The correct length of the wick is what each candle needs to burn properly without creating soot. Before each burn, cut the wick to half a centimetre.
If soot has formed on the inside surface of the container or the flame flickers and grows, extinguish the candle, let it cool and then clean it with a damp cloth. Cut the wick at half a centimetre from the surface of the candle and relight it.
The candle when burning should be in a place protected from draughts. Draughts cause uneven burning, smoking, weaken the aroma of the wax and reduce the burning time.
Candles are dangerous to burn all the way through. Extinguish them when half a centimetre is left.
