The Terms and Conditions described here cannot be modified or changed without the written consent of the business. The Terms and Conditions and the policy described herein, will apply to any communication, association and transaction between you and the business. Any other terms and conditions are strictly excluded. Website users are called to read carefully the present terms of use and proceed to making use of the services offered by the website, only insofar as they accept these in their totality. By visiting/using the website, the user acknowledges these terms of use and accepts them unconditionally, with no exception, and waives any claim whatsoever that may arise from their visit to the website. In the event a user does not agree with these Terms, they ought to refrain from using the website and from conducting any transaction through it. The use of the website and any subsequent orders through it implies the acceptance of the present Contract and all its terms.
The present Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without warning. The governing Terms and Conditions are those in effect at the time of your order. Changes to these Terms and Conditions may take place and it is the responsibility of the user to check the website periodically for any such changes. The website reserves the right to suspend temporarily or permanently part or the entirety of its provided services, without any warning and at the absolute discretion of the business.

The settlement of any disputes that may arise from or in connection to the present Terms and Conditions falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts presiding over the geographical area of the business’ head office.

Our primary concern is the detailed description of the available items and that the accompanying photographs accurately portray (as far as that is possible) their current state. Nevertheless, item descriptions and photographs are not binding on the part of the business and do not constitute a contract with clients. The business is committed to making every reasonable effort to include accurate and reliable information on the website. It does not, however, provide any guarantee or promise regarding the accuracy, currency or availability of information on the website at any given time. The business reserves the right to amend any mistakes, and change or update the website at any time without prior warning.
The business cannot guarantee the availability of the items shown on the website. It is, however, committed to the timely notification of consumers regarding their non-availability. Users of it-art.store expressly acknowledge their obligation to provide, when required, true, accurate and valid information, as is necessary for the smooth operation of the services provided by the e-shop. The user is also obliged to conform to governing law regarding Internet conduct, and more specifically to legislation pertaining to the transfer of electronic data.
Users are not allowed to transmit inside and/or confidential information acquired or revealed as part of a transaction or covered by confidentiality agreements, or information that violates any patent, trade mark or trade secret, and intellectual or other property rights of third parties.
Intellectual property rights
All content at it-art.store and ioannatalasli.com, including logos, trade marks, graphics, photographs, designs, copy etc. belongs to the business and is protected by the governing intellectual property law. The content of the website and the services provided are made available solely for the personal, non-commercial use of the visitors. As such, the sale, copying, reproduction/republication or transmission in any shape or form, of any item published on the website without the former written consent of the business, is strictly prohibited.
Privacy
The website is committed to abiding by the legal rulings that govern the protection of users’ private data, and to ensuring that it will refrain from making public or sharing client information with third parties, without the express written consent of the users.
Security
In order to ensure data transfer security and privacy, it-art.store uses the SSL encryption protocol and Comodo Secure SSL security protocol, which specialise in secure commercial transactions over the web.
The website does not have access to your bank details, and does not store information relevant to your bank or debit or credit card.

In an effort to provide the highest quality of service, our website uses cookies to identify users. Purchases
The process of ordering items is simple: choose the item(s) you want, the quantity and colour (provided that the item comes in more than one colours) and click on “Add to Basket”. Once your shopping is completed, click on “Complete Order” and follow the steps indicated. Once the order is successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. If you need any help completing your order, do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
Acceptance of an order does not constitute a legal sales contract and we reserve the right to inform you that your order cannot be completed. An order is completed once it is successfully delivered to your designated address.
It is helpful to know that your order may be delayed for any of the following reasons:
– The materials were not dispatched on time by our suppliers. In this case, we will call and/or email you in order to decide the next steps. We would like you to bear in mind that since our products are hand made, the availability window may be different for each one.
– The item is unavailable. In this case, we will call and/or email you to suggest alternatives, if available.
– Due to extreme weather conditions or strike or force majeure that may affect the transport and delivery of your order. In this case, we will call and/or email you as soon as possible, in order to confirm whether you still want to complete your order under these circumstances.
– In case it is impossible to contact you via telephone and/or email (e.g. in the event we need to get in touch regarding a problem with your order, either with the item itself or the payment method) if, for instance, the contact details provided are incorrect.
If you order a produst that is marked as “Available on backorder”, we will rapidly call and/or email you in order to inform you about the estimated delivery time. We would like you to bear in mind that since our products are hand made, the availability window may be different for each one.

Please inform us via email at [email protected] that the deposit has been made, attaching, the deposit receipt. Alternatively, you may inform us via telephone on +30 6936878079.
In any case, you are kindly requested to use your full name in the reference field of the deposit slip. Your order will only be processed once we become aware that a deposit covering the entire value of your order has been made, using one of the aforementioned methods.
By debit or credit card
Our website accepts debit and credit cards from the following providers: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro. It also accepts payments through the digital platform Masterpass by Mastercard.
The website does not have access to your bank details and does not store information relevant to your bank or debit or credit card.
All card payments are processed via winbank, which uses TLS 1.1 encryption operating under the Secure Sockets Layer – SSL encryption protocol. Encryption is a process of encoding information until this reaches its intended recipient, who will then be able to decode it using the appropriate encryption key.
Via PayPal
If you have a PayPal account, you may use this to complete your order.
By Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is only available for purchases within Greece (see the Shipping and Delivery section for the relevant charges). In this case, the user is obliged (a) to clear the order balance and (b) be available to meet the courier at the appointed time.
Invoicing and receipts
Receipts or invoices are issued regardless of the chosen payment method. In order to process sales orders, the e-shop requires the user to submit personal information, such as full name, delivery address, contact telephone number, email address. The user is expected to provide true and accurate information. For the issue of invoices (for companies and sole traders) the user is called to provide additional information: name of the business, tax registration number (AFM), tax office (DOY) and, for sole traders, their profession.
Upon completion of your order, you are able to print out the order confirmation form for your records. Please note that the order confirmation form does not constitute legal evidence for tax purposes. Legal evidence of the transaction (receipt or invoice) is enclosed with your order.
Gift wrapping
If you wish to present a purchase you have made as a gift, we will be happy to gift-wrap it for you at extra cost if additional safety matterials are needed. Simply, let us know in the “Order Notes” field and you will receive it all wrapped up!
